Jack L. Parker

Twenty-five (25) years of hands-on and management experience with two prominent national general contractors in California and Hawaii. Entered the industry as an apprentice carpenter in 1962, advancing within short periods of time to Carpenter Foreman, General Foreman, Field Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, and from 1974 to 1987, Senior Project Manager in charge of numerous large projects, including high-rise condominiums, hotels, and commercial complexes.

In Hawaii, developed the 3-day and then the 2-1/2 day structural cycle to complete all vertical and horizontal elements (floors, walls and ceilings) of the construction cycle on high-rise concrete buildings, utilizing specially-created techniques in slip form, flying form and precast work. Maintained a consistent record of fast-track scheduling, resulting in early completion of major construction projects.

In 1988, founded Summit Construction, Inc. Also founder and President of a major Hawaii construction consulting company since 1987. Construction consultant on numerous residential and commercial projects in Hawaii, California, Nevada, Washington, Vancouver, Guam, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan.





Vice President
O Frank Storch IV

A graduate of Purdue University with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering, has been in the building industry since 1981 with extensive experience in construction of bridges, heavy highway, large public projects, high-rise commercial and condominium buildings, and commercial tenant improvements.

Joined Summit Construction, Inc. in 1994 as its Operations Manager and shortly thereafter promoted to Vice President in Charge of Operations.

Possesses expertise in all area of construction operations, including pre-construction services, design-build, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, field coordination, and contract administration.





Controller
George J. Hidano

A graduate of the University of Hawaii, Monoa, with a B.B.S. degree in Accounting, and Certified Public Accountant, has been in the construction industry since 1979.

Joined Summit Construction, Inc. in 1994 with expertise in all aspects of construction accounting and related computer applications.





Project Engineer
Melvin T. Inouye

A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, has been in the construction industry since 1989.

In 2000, joined Summit Construction, Inc. with a background in medical facilities, large military complexes, and major city government projects. Substantial experience in estimating, scheduling, and contract and field administration.





Project Engineer
Mike Porbansky

A graduate of University of LaVerne with a B.S. in Business Administration, a government certified construction inspector, and Certified Construction Quality Control System Manager (CQCSM).

Joined Summit Construction in 2002 with over 22 years of experience in construction, project, personnel and facilities management, planning and estimating and construction inspection for the U.S. Navy.
