Vice President O Frank Storch IV A graduate of Purdue University with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering, has been in the building industry since 1981 with extensive experience in construction of bridges, heavy highway, large public projects, high-rise commercial and condominium buildings, and commercial tenant improvements. Joined Summit Construction, Inc. in 1994 as its Operations Manager and shortly thereafter promoted to Vice President in Charge of Operations. Possesses expertise in all area of construction operations, including pre-construction services, design-build, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, field coordination, and contract administration.
